Download, print and complete our school Enrolment Application Form together with the supporting documents as listed. Use the Enrolment Checklist to ensure you have everything before submitting your application.

All applications are to be supported with a signed Preference Certificate by the Catholic Parish Priest. The Preference Certificate is signed by a Catholic Priest in the PN Diocese region for preference enrolment. Without this form you are reliant on a space becoming available for non-preference students and will be placed on our waiting list.

On application, office staff must sight the student’s birth certificate and passport/visa details (if student was born outside NZ). A copy of visa details will be kept on file.

For students wishing to enrol during the year, please phone the school office and arrange an appointment regarding enrolment.
