Administration Assistant
We're looking for a dynamic Administration Assistant to juggle it all!
Are you the kind of person who thrives on variety and keeps all the balls in the air? We're on the hunt for a super-organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our vibrant school community!
This isn't your average desk job. You'll be a key player, working closely with our energetic Sports Coordinator to help keep our sporting programs running smoothly. Think logistics, communication, and making sure everything's set for our awesome student athletes.
But that's not all! You'll also be responsible for the smooth operation of our school vehicles, ensuring they're safe, well-maintained, and ready to roll. If you're someone who likes to keep things in good working order, this is your chance to shine.
And finally, you'll be providing essential administrative support to our dedicated Heads of Departments, helping them stay organised and efficient. Your contribution will directly impact the success of our academic teams.

Solid experience in an administrative role – you know the drill!
Top-notch organisational skills and a knack for multitasking – you can spin multiple plates without breaking a sweat.

A proactive and can-do attitude – you see what needs to be done and you jump right in.
A genuine enthusiasm for supporting a school environment and its diverse activities.
A full, clean drivers license.

You must be a N.Z. resident or have a current work visa and is eligible to work in N.Z. You will be required to complete a Police Vet.
Remuneration will be in line with the support staff collective agreement. Hours will be approximately 20 hours per week. Start date as soon as possible, to be discussed. Applications will be reviewed as they are received.

St Peter’s College is seeking to add to its pool of Casual Relief Teachers for the 2025 school year. We are seeking New Zealand registered teachers to provide day-relief. St Peter’s College is a catholic co-educational school in Palmerston North.
